Pickup and triage
A trained dispatcher answers and triages the emergency: consciousness, breathing, bleeding, the patient's age. They pin down the exact address and stay on the line with you.

Vehicle assigned
The nearest available ambulance is assigned based on its GPS position and the severity level. The crew receives the patient record on a tablet before they even set off.

Departure and routing
Immediate departure on a route recalculated continuously for traffic. You get a text message with vehicle tracking and its estimated time of arrival.
- 04Dispatcher
Guidance while they drive
The dispatcher guides you until the crew arrives: how to position the patient, what to do and what to avoid, which documents and current medication to prepare.
- 05Rescue team
Arrival and assessment
The team performs a full assessment on site: vital signs, history, examination. It is relayed to the on-call physician, who confirms the course of action.

Treatment or transport
Depending on the assessment: care on site, monitoring, or medical transport to the right facility, announced ahead so the department is expecting you.

Certified paramedic
Drives the vehicle, performs first aid and immobilisation.
